About RapitAI
RapitAI is the Dubai company behind Rapitt, the live infrastructure monitor for engineers responsible for servers they don't own, behind networks they don't control.
Why we built Rapitt
Rapitt started inside a managed IT practice serving hospitals and clinics across the region. Each client had its own network and its own VPN; the monitoring tools on the market assumed one flat network and a team sitting on it. Engineers spent their mornings connecting to tunnels one by one to find out what had happened overnight.
The first version did one thing: hold every client's tunnel open at once and read every server on it. Everything since has followed from the questions that version raised. How safe is this host? Which printer is about to run out? Which software is nobody using? Who changed that setting, and when?
Today Rapitt monitors servers, workstations, printers, attendance terminals, network equipment and IoT devices across every client network, and gives each host a security grade with the fix next to every finding.
Deep and firm
Two words describe how we build. Deep is what Rapitt can see — past the VPN, down to the reading. Firm is how it says so — once, calmly, and only when it is true.
Our symbol is a sounding line: a surface line with a plumb line dropped through it, ending in a weight. Sailors used it to measure what lay under the water before trusting it. It is also the lowercase t from the middle of our name.
In practice it means the product never shows a colour it can't stand behind. A green host has been read recently and passed. A grey host is honest about not knowing. A paused host says who paused it.
What we hold ourselves to
Name the thing
Hostname, client, service, time. Never “a server” or “recently”.
Name the fix
Every problem ends with the setting or action that resolves it.
Numbers over adjectives
“Disk D: 93%”, not “disk nearly full”.
Never stop watching
A lapsed licence refuses the next add, never the existing fleet.
