The monitoring platform for managed service providers
Rapitt was built inside a managed IT practice, for engineers responsible for servers they don't own, behind networks they don't control. Every client, every tunnel and every host sits in one console — with a security grade you can put in front of the client.
Book an MSP demoEvery client network, scanned in parallel
An MSP monitoring tool has to cope with what MSPs actually inherit: twenty clients on twenty VPNs, half of them using 192.168.1.0/24. Rapitt gives each client network its own tunnel pod in an isolated namespace. Overlapping ranges never collide, every site is read at once, and dropped tunnels recover without an engineer.
The overview's sunburst puts clients on the inner ring and their hosts outside. A client with a problem stands out at a glance, and one click filters the whole console to that client.
Built for multi-tenant operations
Per-client alert routing
Engineers, account managers and the client's own IT contact each choose kinds, severity and clients. A client contact never sees another client's event.
A grade to report on
Monthly service reviews get a measured average security score per client and the list of what moved — evidence of the work you do.
Clients are never counted
Licensing is per device kind. Onboarding a new client costs nothing until its devices are added.
Accounts and audit
Microsoft sign-in, new accounts blocked until a Super Admin allows them, 24-hour sessions and every action in the audit trail.
Act without connecting
Restart a service or app pool, or run an approved script, through the tunnel — no VPN client on the engineer's laptop.
PSA integration
Open tickets from alarms and push status into your PSA through the monitoring API.
In production at a regional healthcare IT provider
One managed services provider runs its whole client base — hospitals, clinics and their suppliers — from a single Rapitt console. The figures below come from that console in October 2026, with identifying details removed.

MSP questions
Can clients log in to see their own fleet?
Yes. A user can be limited to one or more clients and sees only those hosts, alerts and reports.
Does Rapitt replace our RMM?
Rapitt focuses on seeing and grading what runs across client networks. Many MSPs run it alongside their existing patching and remote-access tools, and connect the two through the API.
