Pricing and licensing, per device kind
Rapitt is licensed by what you monitor, not by how many clients you serve. Each device kind has its own cap. Pricing depends on the mix and the term, so we quote it on request — usually the same day.
What the licence covers
Servers
Windows and Linux, via tunnel or agent.
Workstations
Endpoint agent seats.
Printers
Network printers over SNMP.
Attendance terminals
Biometric time clocks.
Network devices
Routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, IoT.
How licensing works
- Each kind has a cap; the licence page shows in use, cap and headroom.
- Clients are never counted, and one host may serve several clients.
- The licence is signed by the issuer and verified on your deployment.
- Every feature is included — security grading, alerts, API, audit.
A licence never stops monitoring
The licence is enforced only when something is added. If a term lapses or a cap is reached, the next add is refused with a clear message — and everything already monitored keeps being monitored and alerted on.
We think monitoring that switches itself off over a billing date is a failure of the product, not a feature of it.
Getting a quote
Tell us roughly how many of each kind you monitor today and expect in a year, how many sites or clients you look after, and the term you prefer. Write to [email protected] or book a demo and we will bring the quote to the walkthrough.
Quotes are issued by RapitAI in Dubai and can be invoiced in AED or USD.
Pricing questions
Is there a trial?
The demo runs on your own servers. If it fits, the tenant you reserved on the demo form becomes your production address.
Can we raise a cap mid-term?
Yes. A new signed licence is issued with the higher cap and applies immediately, with no restart.
